摘　　要：介绍病案信息的服务对象,传统病案管理与服务的不足,论述网络环境下病案管理与服务的特点、措施、应注意的问题,指出网络化病案信息管理与服务便利、高效、优质,是未来的发展方向。The paper introduces the service objects of medical records and the insufficience of traditional medical records management and service, discusses the features, the measures and the problems that should be noted in the medical records management and service under network environment. It points out that the advantage of network management and service is convenient, efficient and with high quality, it＇s the future development direction.
