摘　　要：选择10个有代表性的中文医学信息服务站点为研究对象,并结合广州肿瘤咨询网的运营实践,探讨医学信息服务网站运营中的法律与伦理问题。指出我国医学网站应及时备案认证、发表知识产权申明、明确隐私保护政策,建立合法的商业化模式。Selecting 10 representative Chinese medical information service websites as studying object, combining with the experience of Guangzhou Neoplasm Consulting Website, the paper discusses the legal and ethical issues in operating medical information web- sites. It points out that medical website producers in our countries should get proved by authority agencies, announce intelligent property documentations, clarify privacy protection policies and set up legal commercial operating module.
