摘 要:以含氟两亲接枝共聚物聚甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯-g-聚乙二醇(PHFMA-g-PSPEG)为研究对象,通过透射电镜(TEM)和激光光散射粒度仪(PCS)研究了共聚物在水溶液中的聚集行为,采用旋转流变仪研究了体系的流变特性。讨论了共聚物浓度和共聚物中含氟链段含量对其在水溶液中的聚集行为及体系流变特性的影响。结果表明,含氟两亲接枝共聚物在水溶液中能自组装成核壳形胶束,随着共聚物浓度增加,胶束会聚集形成更大的聚集体。胶束溶液呈剪切变稀特征,随共聚物浓度增加,黏度增大。相同浓度下,溶液的黏度以及溶液中胶束的粒径和多分散性都随共聚物中含氟链段含量的增加而增加。A series of amphiphilic graft copolymers P(HFMA)-g-P(SPEG) comprising of poly(hexafluorobutyl methacrylate)(PHFMA) backbones and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) side chains were synthesized. The aggregate behavior of P(HFMA)-g-P(SPEG) in aqueous solution was characterized through transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS), the rheological properties of the micellar latex were tested by rotation rheometry. TEM micrographs show that P(HFMA)-g-P(SPEG) mainly form core-shell structure micelles, with increasing the copolymer concentration lead to formation of greater structure due to the aggregation of micelles. All of the micellar latex exhibit shear thinning behavior, while the apparent viscosity increases with increasing copolymer concentration. The apparent viscosity, micellar size and size distribution are increased with the increase of HFMA content in the graft copolymers.
