摘  要:分别用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、偏光显微镜(POM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PET/PTT)共混物的相形态、熔融结晶、冷结晶和结晶形态。结果表明,在熔融混合挤出水冷的条件下,不同组成的混合物在无定型态都具有良好的相容性,但在冷结晶和热结晶过程中发生相分离并分别结晶。热结晶时,具有高过冷度的PET先结晶,然后PTT组分开始结晶,而且先形成的PET微晶可以成为PTT的结晶成核剂;而PTT发挥稀释剂的作用促进PET在高温结晶。冷结晶时,分子链柔顺性好的PTT先结晶,然后PET结晶。共混物的结晶尺寸较小。The melting behaviors, cold-crystallization, crystal and phase morphology of poly(ethylene terephthalate)/poly(trimethylene terephthalate) blends (PET/PTT) were investigated by wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The results suggest apparently that the blends with different composition show good miscibility at amorphous state, but they will crystallize individually as cooled from melt. PET component with higher supercooling degree will crystallize first, and then the crystals of PET will be the nucleating agent for PTT, which greatly promote the crystallizability of the blends. Moreover, the minor content of PTT acts as dilute agent for improving the crystallization of PET. The spherulites in blends are much smaller than those in pure PTT.
