摘　　要：通过剖析支持随机播放HTTP协议流式视频点播系统在服务器端、客户端以及内容源的关键要求,提出对应实现技术特点,全面介绍了一种基于HTTP协议传输flv流式视频并且支持随机定位播放的视频点播系统搭建技术。Through analysis based on HTTP-protocol and support random positioning playback streaming VOD-system in the server side, client side and content source of the key requirements is proposed to achieve the corresponding technical features. This paper comprehensive introduction how build a Streaming VOD-system, this system base on HTTP-protocol and support random positioning playback （for FLV-format streaming video）.
