大学生就业期望及影响因素的调查与分析

摘　　要：对大学生的就业目标、就业行业期望、就业薪酬期望、就业城市期望等进行调查分析,表明期望不同生源地学生就业职位类型期望的状况不同,具体有技术型、安全型、创造型、独立自主型、管理型等;城市大学生与农村大学生对于职位类型的期望存在一定差别,尤其在创造型和安全型两种职位的选择上。制约就业的重要因素有英语水平、计算机水平、工作经验、综合素质、学业成绩等,城市大学生比农村大学生更看重学业成绩,而农村大学生则比城市大学生更看重计算机水平。As the bedrock of people＇s livelihood, employment serves as the fundamental prerequisite and basic approach for people to improve their life. It＇s always an important problem in society＇s development. Employment has not only bearings on fimdamental interests of job applicants and every family but also on economic development and social harmony and stability. This paper researches from the reality of college graduates＇ employment, their employment expectation and effecting factors. Realistic significance precipitates the construction of college students psychological health education system. It is beneficial for the successful graduates employment, offers the new ideas and theoretical basis for college graduates emlalovment.
