摘　　要：目的探讨降纤疗法与益气活血相结合治疗急性期脑梗塞的疗效。方法选择急性期脑梗塞２６６例，随机分为降纤与益气活血相结合组（治疗组）９８例，单纯降纤组８２例，单纯益气活血组８６例，采用计分法评定疗效。结果治疗组有效率为９６％，降纤组有效率为９０％，益气活血组有效率为８８％。结论治疗组疗效明显高于两对照组，值得临床推广运用。Objective To assess the clinical effect of defibrase combined with Yiqi Huoxue recipe in treating acute ischemic apoplexy. Methods 266 patients were divided into 3 groupc, the combined therapy group(group A), the defibrase group (group B) and the Yiqi Huoxue recipe group(group C). The effective rate were observed and compared. ResultsTBZthe effective rate of group A were 96%. those of group B were 90% and of group C were 88% respectively. Conclusions The effects of combined therapy were superior to single therapy (P<0.05)
