摘　　要：目的:探讨Survivin及P53蛋白的表达在葡萄胎发生、发展及恶变中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV-6000法测定42例葡萄胎(其中12例恶变)和18例正常绒毛组织中p53和Survivin蛋白表达情况。结果:Survivin正常绒毛组和葡萄胎组的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);p53在正常绒毛组和葡萄胎组表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin及p53蛋白阳性表达率在葡萄胎恶变组中的表达均高于葡萄胎未恶变组(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin及p53可能与滋养细胞的侵袭过程及程度有关,检测葡萄胎组织中P53及Survivin的蛋白表达,可预测葡萄胎恶变,为临床预防性化疗提供一定的理论依据。Objective：To explore the expressions of Survivin and p53 and their effects on occurrence,development and malignant change of hydatidiform mole.Methods：The expressions of Survivin and p53 in 42 cases with hydatidiform mole（12 cases with malignant change） and 18 cases with normal villi were detected by immunohistochemical PV-6000 method.Results：There was no significant difference in Survivin expression level between normal villi group and hydatidiform mole group（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference in p53 expression level between normal villi group and hydatidiform mole group（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rates of Survivin and p53 in cases with malignant change of hydatidiform mole were significantly higher those in cases without malignant change of hydatidiform mole（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Survivin and p53 may be related to invasion and degree of cytotrophoblast cells,detection of Survivin and p53 expressions in hydatidiform mole can predict malignant change of hydatidiform mole,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical preventive chemotherapy.
