摘　　要：行政管理专业承担着为政府和其他公共部门培养人才的重任。目前,我国各高校行政管理专业人才培养中还存在许多共性问题,这些问题的解决需要不断深化教学改革,其中,考试方法的改革具有十分关键的作用。在未来教学改革中,应着眼于行政管理专业的培养目标以社会需求,坚持"一体三全"的原则,探索适合行政管理专业人才培养与教学过程的考核模式,着力解决当前考试方法存在的不足,最大程度地发挥考试的"指挥棒"作用。Public Administration field bears the responsibility to raise the high quality personnel for governments and other public sectors. There have been quite a few common problems in this field in higher education in China, and one key problem is that the examination method is needed to change. In the future, the examination method in public administration field should meet the needs of society and to meet its training target, and to realize its role of the guidance as far as possible.
