摘 要:以自制丙烯酸蔗糖酯(ASE)、自制丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯(MPA)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)为原料,以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液共聚法合成聚羧酸系减水剂。研究了反应过程中单体物质的量比、引发剂用量、蔗糖酯含量对聚羧酸系减水剂性能的影响,在n(AA)∶n(MPA)∶n(MAS)∶n(ASE)=3.5∶1.0∶1.0∶0.3,引发剂用量为2.5%,ASE含量为7.8%(质量比)时合成的改性聚羧酸减水剂性能最好,其折固掺量为0.2%,水灰比为0.29时,水泥净浆流动度达303 mm。Taking ASE,MPA,AA,MAS as raw materials,and APS as initiator, new polycarboxylate type superplasticizer was synthesized by means of copolymerization in aqueous solution. The effects of mole ratio of monomer, initiator dosage,ASE dosage on the performance of polycarboxylate type superplasticizer were investigated. The results shown that the synthesized polycarboxylate type superplasticizer had well performance when n (AA) :n (MPA) :n (MAS) :n (ASE) =3.5:1.0:1.0:0.3,initiator dosage was 2.5%, and ASE dosage was 7.8% (by mass). The fluidity of cement grout can reach 303 mm when the adding dosage was 0.2% and water/ cement ratio was 0.29.
