摘　　要：某齿轮箱清洗过程的辅助时间太长,主要因为齿轮箱无法准确定位,与动力部分的连接与分离的过程太复杂,效率低,安全性差。现研制一套独立的动力系统及与其配套的辅助支撑机构,从而实现齿轮箱的精确定位以及与动力系统的快速对接与分离。There is rather a long auxiliary time to cleaning gear case. The reason is that it is difficult to locate the gear case accurately, the complexity of connecting and detaching gear case with power unit, low efficiency and bad safety of connection and detachment. A set of independent power system matched with a set of auxiliary support mechanism has been studied now. The accurate location of the gear case and the quick connection and detachment of the gear case with power unit can be realized.
