摘　　要：学科馆员制度是高校图书馆开展深层次学科咨询服务的创新之举。学科馆员制度能够加强图书馆和院系之间的联系,为教学和科研提供全面的文献资源保障。农业高校实施学科馆员制度要适应学科建设发展、学科教学与科研的需要,其服务模式要适应学科建设个性化发展需要。This paper briefly reviews the history of the subject librarian system and the researchas well as the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system,maintaining that the system should be implemented to meet the demands of disciplines development, academic teaching and science research. It also points out that the service model of the system should cater for the needs of the personalized development of disciplines construction.
