通心络胶囊治疗血栓形成性脑梗死合并高脂血症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊治疗血栓形成性脑梗死合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将162例血栓形成性脑梗死合并高脂血症病人随机分为治疗组82例,对照组80例。对照组予以脑梗死常规治疗加阿托伐他汀钙降脂治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用通心络胶囊。观察随访两组患者治疗1个月后的临床疗效和血脂变化。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,且血脂TC、TG、LDL、HDL改善均较对照组显著。结论通心络胶囊治疗血栓形成性脑梗死合并高脂血症疗效确切,且能改善血脂异常。Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo on cerebral infarction by thrombosis with hyperlipidemia.Methods 62 patients with cerebral infarction by thrombosis with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group（82 cases） and control group（80 cases）.The control group was treated with routine methods and the treatment group with Tongxinluo,additionally.The effect was observed.Results The blood lipid TC,TG,LDL and HDL in treatment group was improved compared with that of control group.Conclusion it is effective to treat cerebral infarction by thrombosis with hyperlipidemia with Tongxinluo.
