摘  要:目的:观察寒凉及温热药对大鼠脑及肾上腺内5HT及NE神经元以及垂体内神经纤维的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学的方法进行形态学观察,荧光测定法测量脑内两种递质的变化。结果:寒药组5HT细胞着色加深,热药组着色变线。NE细胞的改变与上述相反。结论:寒凉药使脑内5HT含量增加,NE含量减少。而温热药使NE含量增加,5HT含量减少。形态学改变与机能变化一致。Objective: To study how coldand heatnatured medicines act on 5HT and NE cells in the brain,pituitary and adrenal of rats. Method:Based on immunohistochemical method,the specific antiTH and anti5HT sera were used to observe the changes of 5HT and NE cells in brain and adrenal as well as fibres in pituitary.The contents of these two transmitters in brain were also determined by fluoriphotometry. Results: Coldnatured medicines made the staining of 5HT cells deeper and NE cells lighter,while heatnatured medicines act by contraries. Conclusion: Coldnatured medicines increase the content of 5HT in brain and decrease the content of NE,while heatnatured medicines work the otherway yound.The morphologic changes are conistent with the functional ones.
