彩色多普勒超声对开角型青光眼的血流动力学研究及临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解开角型青光眼视神经的血液供应情况。方法用彩色多普勒超声检测开角型青光眼和正常眼眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉和睫状后动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、时间平均血流速度、阻力指数和搏动指数。结果在两者之中眼动脉和睫状后动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），舒张末期血流速度、时间平均血流速度、阻力指数、搏动指数差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。视网膜中央动脉的多项血流动力学指标差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论开角型青光眼的视神经存在缺血因素。Objective To understand the blood supply condition of openangle glaucoma's optic nerve. MethodsThe speed of blood flow of the peak value of the contract's period, the speed of blood flow of the last phase of the diastole, the speed of blood flow of the average time, RI and PI had of OA, CRA and PCA were examined in the patients with openangle glaucoma and the normal subjects by CDFI. Results Between the both sides, the peak value of the contract's period of the divergence of OA and PCA is not notable ( P >0.05). But the divergence of the blood flow speed of the last phase of the diastole, the speed of blood flow of the average time, RI and PI had remarkable singificance ( PBZ<0.001). The indexes'divergence of the multinomial hemodynamic of CRA had remarkable significance ( P <0.001). ConclusionsBZThe optic nerves of the openangle glaucoma existing the isechema's factor.
