摘 要:目的:研究细胞粘附分子在肿瘤细胞的增殖,浸润、转移过程中的作用,其中CD44分子是较受关注的。方法:采用免疫组化方法,检测CD44变异体单抗(CD44v6单抗)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA单抗)在宫颈浸润癌及转移癌中的表达。发现两者在宫颈癌发生及淋巴结转移中呈明显过表达,阳性率分别是789%、842%。结果:CD44v6与肿瘤转移密切相关,发生淋巴结转移的宫颈原发癌组织同时伴有细胞增殖活性明显增高。结论:两者的协同检测可做为肿瘤转移判定的生物学指标。Cell adhesion molecule (CD44) plays an important role in proliferation , infiltration and metastasis of tumor cells We have studied the expression of CD44v6 and PCNA in infiltrating cervical carcinoma and its metastatic lesions by immunohistochemical method The results showed that overexpression of CD44v6 and PCNA were observed in both cervical carcinoma and metastatic lymph nodes and that the positive rates were 789%and 842%respectively It is suggested that expression of CD44v6 is closely correlated with the tumor metastasis in carcinoma of cervix
