航海类全日制成教学生的管理工作研究

摘　　要：在我们积极开展航海类全日制成教办学的环境下，建立一套行之有效的航海职业教育（成教全日制）学生管理体系成了关键。文章从学校自身的办学经验出发，总结和分析自身的问题，提出一些改进的方案，为航海职业教育（成教全日制）工作提供理论上的指导，提高学生管理人员的业务能力，进而提高航海类全日制成教毕业学生的整体素质。Under the environment of enhancing the model for running full-time education school in navigation, it＇s the key to establish a set of effective system of managing students in Maritime Vocational Education. This article aims to propose several improvement programs based on the analysis of our own experience in running school. These programs can become the theoretical foundation for the practical work in Maritime Vocational Education, which will help to improve the ability of administrative personnel to manage the students. In this way, it＇s beneficial to develop the comprehensive qualities of the full-time adult education students in navigation.
