农用抗生素对烟草赤星病防治效果的研究

摘　　要：通过离体烟叶平皿叠培养筛选模型得到的链霉菌Ｓ—１０菌株所产生的农用抗生素对烟草赤星病菌具有很强的抑制作用。用牛津小杯法测定的抑菌圈直径可达３２０ｃｍ。对抗生素进行了抗菌谱、ｐＨ纸色谱、捷克八溶剂系统纸色谱等试验，初步鉴定该抗生素为碱性水溶性广谱抗生素。抗生素发酵液的温室盆栽试验两种处理的防治效果分别为７４５％、７５３％。Streptomyces S-10 strain was screened by a new screening model in petri dish using tobacco leaves in vitro. The agricultural antibiotics produced by S-10 strain possess of very significantly inhibiting effect on Alternaria alternata. The inhibiting zone diameter measured by the Oxford Cup method is as large as 3.20cm. Through examinations of antibiotic spectrum, pH paper chromatography and Jack's Eight Solvent System paper chromatography, this antibiotic is identified as a basic water soluble, wide spectrum antibiotic. The controlling effects of the two treatments conducted with enlarged antibiotic fluid in greenhouse potplanting experiment are 74.5% and 75.3%, respectively.
