甘草水煎剂对离体肺冷藏保存的顺应性变化

摘　　要：[目的]观察用甘草水煎剂冷藏保存的离体肺顺应性的变化。[方法]将32只家兔肺随机均分至对照组、用甘草水煎剂冷藏(4℃)保存24h组、72h组和120h组。对照组:测定室温条件下的肺顺应性。冷藏组:在相应时间取出肺,室温条件下复温后,置入生理盐水中,测定注气和抽气过程中,肺容积在10ml、20ml、30ml时的肺的顺应性。[结果]与对照组比较,注气不同剂量的实验组除10ml冷藏72h组外,其余均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,除10ml冷藏72h组,20ml冷藏72h组,l0ml冷藏120h组,20ml冷藏120h组外,抽气不同剂量的实验组与对照组比较,均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,注水不同剂量的实验组除10ml、20ml、30ml冷藏24h组外,其余均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,注水不同剂量的实验组除10ml、20ml、30ml冷藏24h组外,其余均有统计学差异(P均﹤0.001)[结论]在一定时间内,用甘草水煎剂冷藏保存后离体肺顺应性增强,其影响程度随冷藏时间增加而增大。[Objective] To observe the use of licorice decoction vitro cold-storage changes in lung compliance. [Methods] 32 rabbits were randomly divided into control group,groups with licorice decoction cold water（4℃） saved for 24 h,72 h and 120 h. Control group was detected for the lung compliance at room temperature. In frozen groups,the lungs were removed in the corresponding time at room temperature after rewarming,into normal saline,were determined in the process of gas exhaust and injection,the lung compliance were detected at the lung volume in l0ml,20ml and 30ml. [Results] Compared with control group,the gas injection in different doses of experimental groups showed significant difference,except lOml frozen 72h group（P﹤0.05） . Except 72h cold l0ml Group,20ml cold 72h group,l0ml frozen 120h Group and 20ml cold 120h group,extraction in different doses of the experimental groups presented significant difference compared with control group（P﹤0.05） . Except 10ml,20ml,30ml frozen 24h groups,injection in different doses of the experimental groups showed significantly difference when compared with control group（P﹤0.05） . Except for 10ml,20ml,30ml frozen 24h group,injection in different doses of the experimental group presented significant difference compared with controls（P all ﹤0.001） . [Conclusion] In a certain period of time,licorice decoction after cold preservation could enhance the lung compliance in vitro,and the influence of time increased with the time of refrigeration.
