c-MET受体拮抗剂NK4对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭能力的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究不同浓度NK4因子对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭能力的影响。[方法]采用基底膜侵袭实验观察不同浓度NK4因子对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭能力的影响。[结果]在浓度为10μg/ml时,NK4因子对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭重组基底膜的抑制率为56.4%。[结论]NK4因子具有抑制肿瘤细胞人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭的能力。[Objective] To detect the activity of NK4 on the migration of KB strain in oral squamous carcinoma cells. [Methods] By transwell migration assay,we observed the activity of different dosage of NK4 on the migration of KB strain in oral squamous carcinoma cells. [Results] At the concentration of 10 g /ml,NK4 could suppress the migration of oral squamous carcinoma cells. The suppression rates of NK4 was 56.4%. [Conclusion] NK4 is an angiogenesis inhibitor that can suppresses the migration of KB strain in oral squamous carcinoma cells.
