摘　　要：目的检测N-cadherin和基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)在胃癌中的表达,探讨二者在胃癌发生发展及转移中的作用。方法应用流式细胞术检测120例胃癌组织及60例正常胃黏膜组织中N-cadherin和MMP-3的表达量,观察N-cadherin和MMP-3在两组中的表达差别及在胃癌不同临床病理特征中的意义。结果 N-cadherin和MMP-3蛋白在胃癌中的表达量明显高于对照组,二者的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关。二者在胃癌中的表达呈正相关。结论 N-cadherin和MMP-3在胃癌组织中表达上调,N-cadherin和MMP-3参与了胃癌的发生发展,联合检测N-cadherin和MMP-3可能对判断胃癌的预后有一定价值。Objective To detect the expression of N-cadherin and MMP-3 in gastric carcinoma and investigate their relationship in neoplasm development and metastasis. Methods The study included 120 cases of gastric carcinoma as experimental group and 60 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissue as control group. We detected the expression of N-cadherin and MMP-3 in different pathological characters by using FCM. Results The expression of N-cadherin and MMP-3 was obviously higher in gastric carcinoma than that in the normal tissue. The expression of N-cadherin and MMP-3 was correlated with invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. A positive correlation be- tween N-cadherin and MMP-3 was found in gastric carcinoma. Conclusion The N-cadherin and MMP-3 expression may promote the occurrence and development in gastric carcinoma. The combined detection of N-cadherin and MMP-3 may be helpful to predict the prognosis in patients with gastric carcinoma.
