摘 要:针对体育弱势大学生体育能力提高问题,提出分阶段教学提高的思想。首先,把体育弱势大学生按残障、疾病、心理、胖瘦分组,再把体育能力分解为独立锻炼能力、自我保健能力、环境适应能力、医务监督能力和观赏体育能力5个两级指标,给出每个指标的A、B、C、D分级标准和指标权重;按期初、期中、期末3个阶段施教和评定,每个阶段中采用"强势"带"弱势","弱势"帮"弱势",教师重点帮、带、教"重点弱势"的教育方式;结果表明,参加教育实验的40名体育弱势大学生,体育能力均有不同程度提高;说明对体育弱势大学生作有针对性的分阶段教育,是提高这部份学生体育能力的一条可行途径。This research aims to propose the idea of phased teaching to improve the physical ability of college students who are weak on sports . First of all, the college students who are weak on sports are classified by disability,disease,psychology,fat and thin.Then the physical ability is divided into 5 indexes that are the ability of independent exercise, the ability of self -care,the ability of environmental adaptation,the ability of medical supervision and the ability of appreciating sports,and every index has "A","B","C"and "D"grading standards and index weights ;the whole process of teaching and evaluating is implemented by 3 stages:initial period,interim period and final period,and during every stage,the strong help the weak,the weak help the weak ,and the teachers focus on helping and teaching the particularly weak studenrs .In the end ,the 60 students being experienced more or less improve their physical abilities.The research shows that phased teaching is an available way to improve the physical ability of college students who are weak on sports.
