摘　　要：基层员工是企业最大最活跃的群体,基层员工队伍的稳定是企业持续发展的关键因素。本文从多角度探索研究我国私有企业在激励基层员工方面存在的问题,分析其形成的原因,进而设计出一套适合我国私有企业激励基层员工的方案。The first-level employees are best and most dynamic groups in private enterprise ,and keeping it stability is the key factor on the side of motivating employees .Tish paper confers and studys the probloms of motivating from different facts in China ’s private enterprise ,analyses the results of those problomes ,and finally resigns an effective program that suits to motivate employees in China ’s private enterprise.
