急性白血病的bcl-2基因表达与治疗和预后

摘　　要：目的研究ｂｃｌ－２基因在急性白血病（ＡＬ）治疗和预后中的意义。方法采用链亲和素胶体金原位杂交（ＩＳＨ－ＳＡＧ）检测了３６例急性白血病（ＡＬ）病人的ｂｃｌ－２基因表达，并分析了ｂｃｌ－２与ＡＬ治疗和预后的相关性。结果３６例ＡＬ中，ｂｃｌ－２基因阳性表达率＜２０％者ＣＲ率９０％，２０％～８０％者ＣＲ率５７．４％，＞８０％者ＣＲ率５８．３％。结论ｂｃｌ－２基因表达有重要的预后意义，ｂｃｌ－２＞２０％ＡＬ的ＣＲ率低。Objective To study the prognostic and treatments significance of bcl2 mRNA expression in acute leukemia patients. Methods Detect the expresson of bcl2 gene by in situ hybridization with sreptavadingold and comparie with the prognostic and treatment significance in 36 cases of acute leukemia patients. Results The patients who had higher expression the bcl2 mRNA(>20%) were associated with poor prognostic and lower complete remisson than the the patients with lower expression of bcl2 mRNA(<20%). Conclusion The expression of bcl2 mRNA in acute leukemia had significance prognosis.
