青少年抑郁症心理干预的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨青少年抑郁症的理想疗法。方法随机将60例确诊的青少年抑郁症患者分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组单独用舍曲林治疗,研究组以舍曲林联合心理干预治疗,心理治疗采用认知疗法。分别于治疗前和治疗第2、4、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,以不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果治疗8周后研究组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为76.7%,两组有效率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分较治疗前都有所降低(P<0.01),研究组在治疗第2、4、8周末HAMD评分下降更明显,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组所见的副反应有多汗、心悸,对照组为失眠,但都比较轻微,两组TESS评分比较各周均没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论与单纯的药物治疗相比,药物治疗联合心理干预治疗青少年抑郁症的疗效好、起效快、副反应轻微,是治疗青少年抑郁症的理想方法之一。Objective To investigate the ideal method for treating Adolescent depression. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with depression were divided into research group and the contrast group. Contrast group treated with Sertraline,research group treated with sertraline therapy combined with psychological intervention,psychological treatment with cognitive therapy. Respectively,before treatment and after treatment using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 2,4,8 weekend （HAMD） evaluate the efficacy to adverse symptom scale （TESS） Assessment of side effects. Results After 8 weeks,effective rate was 90.0%,contrast group was 76.7%,compared the efficiency of the two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the Hamilton depression scale score than before the treatment had been reduced （P〈0.01）,research group on weekends in the treatment of the first 2,4,8 HAMD score decreased dramatically,with significant difference between the contrast group （P 0.05）. Research group had side effects,such as,sweating,palpitations,insomnia and control group,but contrast group relatively minor,TESS score and compared the two groups showed no difference every week （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Compared with simple drug treatment,drug therapy combined with psychotherapy in treating adolescent depression is effective,rapid onset of mild side effects is the ideal treatment for adolescent depression.
