恶性肿瘤所致上腔静脉压迫综合症放射治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：上腔静脉压迫综合症是肿瘤的一种急症或恶急性危像，放射治疗是解决该症的主要手段。本文12例患者通过放疗，有效率为91．7％，副作用表现在放疗早期：SVCS症状加重，但给予激素和脱水治疗均能有效缓解。本组1例SVCS合并红细胞增多症，脱水时产生血栓，应引起重视。Superior Vena Cava Syndrome(SVCS) is a emergency situation or clinical subacute cri sis. Radiotherapy is the main method for treatment of such a condition. 12 cases of patients who suffered from SVCS were treated with this method. The result showed that the effective ratc was 91. 7 % and the side effect presented in the early stage of radiotherapy,such as severe syrnptoms of SVCS,etc. These symptoms can be cured by means of using steroid hormone or dehydrolyzing method. One case of SVCS was complicated with erythromatosis and when using dehydrolyzing method it caused thrombosis. We should take care of such a condition.
