研究生在学期间所遇困难的调查研究——以北京大学医学部为例

摘　　要：为全面了解研究生在学期间所遇到的主要困难，为今后有针对性的开展工作，帮助研究生解决困难，顺利完成学业提供参考，北京大学医学部对在校2009届毕业研究生进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示，就业困难、学业压力、经济压力为研究生在学期间所遇到的最主要和最普遍的困难，其他还有感情问题、健康问题以及人际关系紧张等。本文还提出了北京大学医学部解决研究生困难的几点做法和建议。We surveyed the graduate students at Peking University Health Science Center for the difficulties during their study. The result showed that the major difficulties were job pressure, completing studies and economic burden. Some students were also bothered by love affairs, health conditions and interpersonal relationship. Suggestions were made for future work to help these students to cope with such difficulties to complete their study smoothly.
