同视机治疗儿童弱视复发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨同视机治疗对儿童弱视复发的影响及疗效。方法对204例(294眼)基本治愈的弱视患者进行3年以上的随访,比较综合治疗方法组与同视机治疗组的弱视复发率。结果同视机治疗组弱视复发率为13.46%,综合治疗方法组弱视复发率为28.57%,综合治疗方法组弱视复发率明显高于同视机治疗组弱视复发率。结论同视机治疗能明显降低弱视复发率。Objective To discuss the synoptophore methods and curative effect of children amblyopia.Methods The subsequent examination was done over three years for 204（294 eyes）patients with amblyopia who had been cured basically.Compared with the comprehensive treatment groups and synoptophore treatment group with the amblyopia recurrence.Results The rate of amblyopia recurrence was 13.46% in the synoptophore treatment group,however the rate of amblyopia recurrence was 28.57% in the comprehensive treatment group,The recurrence rates of comprehensive treatment were higher than that of synoptophore treatment significantly.Conclusion Synoptophore therapy could decrease amblyopia recurrence obviously.
