摘  要:采用组织显微化学的方法对苹果梨花芽分化期蛋白质和淀粉的变化动态进行了观察研究。结果表明:生理分化期,花芽和成花短枝中蛋白质大量积累,成花短枝和叶片中淀粉积累快、含量高;形态分化期,花芽各花器原基分化过程中富含蛋白质,不含淀粉,成花短枝中蛋白质含量持续下降,淀粉大量积累储存。The dynamics of protein and starch in the stage of flower-bud differentiation of Apple-pear fruit tree was studied by the tissue chemitry method.Results showde:in the phygiological differemtiation stage,protein accumulated largely in flower-bud and flowering branch,starch grains accumulated quickly and the content was high in flowering branch and flower-leaf;in the morphogical differentiation stage, all primordiums of flower-bud had plenty of protein,but protem contert in flowering branch reduced continually,there were on starch grains in primordiums of flower-bud,but stored up largely in flowering nranch.
