摘　　要：免疫胶体金技术是一种新的免疫学方法,在各领域得到了日益广泛的应用。主要介绍了免疫胶体金技术的原理,特点以及在肉类安全检测中的应用。Immune colloidal gold technique is a new kind of immunological method, which has been widely used in various fields. In this paper, the principles and characteristics of immune colloidal gold technique as well as its application in meat safety inspection were summarized.
