甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸对断奶仔猪肠道吸收功能的影响

摘　　要：研究甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸对断奶仔猪肠道吸收功能的影响。以28日龄断奶杜长大仔猪为研究对象,通过消化试验,研究甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸对早期断奶仔猪主要营养物质蛋白质、钙、磷、有机物及D-木糖的影响。日粮中分别或同时添加甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸极显著提高了仔猪断奶后11d时的D-木糖吸收能力,钙(Ca)、磷(P)的消化率(P<0.01);Gly-Gln组有提高粗蛋白质(CP)、干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)消化率的趋势(P>0.05);Tau组极显著提高了CP的消化率(P<0.01),显著提高了DM、OM的消化率(P<0.05);复配组显著提高了DM的消化率(P<0.05),对CP、OM的影响较小(P>0.05)。在早期断奶仔猪日粮中分别或同时添加0.25%甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和0.1%牛磺酸能有效地提高其肠道吸收功能。The aim of the research was to evaluate the effects of glycyl-glutamine and taurine on the intestinal absorption in early weaned piglets. With 28-day-old Duroc×Landrace-Yorkshire weaned piglets as research objects,the effects of the glycyl-glutamine and taurine on the Pr,Ca,P,OM and D-Xylose of weaned piglets through digesting experiment. Compared with group CT ,Xylose absorption （P0.01） after 11 days of weaning and digestibility of Ca and P （P0.01） were significantly increased in Gly-Gln group, Tau group and G＋T group. Digestibility of CP,DM,OM were increased, but there was no significant difference （P0.05）. In Tau group, digestibility of CP were very significantly increased （P0.01）. Digestibility of DM and OM were significantly increased （P0.05）. In of G＋T group, digestibility of DM significantly increased （P0.05）. Digestibility of CP,OM were increased （P0.05）, but were not significantly.Separately adding 0.25% Gly-Gln or 0.1% Tau group was able to efficiently improve the intestinal absorption
