C-erbB-2和VEGF在结直肠癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨C-erbB-2和VEGF在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法运用免疫组化Envision两步法检测169例结直肠癌中C-erbB-2和VEGF的表达情况。结果 C-erbB-2在结直肠癌中阳性率为37.87%,其表达与肿瘤大小、脉管内癌栓相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在结直肠癌中阳性率为59.76%,其与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及脉管内癌栓有显著相关性(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示两者在结直肠癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.342)。结论 C-erbB-2和VEGF过表达与结直肠癌生物学行为相关,可作为判断预后的有效指标。Objective To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in colorectal carcinoma and its significance.Methods Immunohistological envision staining was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 and VEGF in 169 cases of colorectal carcinoma.Results The positive percentages of C-erbB-2 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma were 37.87% and 59.76%,the expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with tumor size and lymphatic involvement（P0.05）,the expression of VEGF correlated with tumor size,invasion depth,lymph node metastases,lymphatic involvement.A statistically significant association was found between the expression of c-erbB-2 and VEGF in colorectal cancer.Conclusion C-erbB-2 and VEGF may play important role in the development of colorectal cancer,and may become useful tumor marker to predict the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
