摘 要:目的探讨白血病患者的p53基因缺失情况及其临床意义。方法使用I-FISH回顾性分析37例复杂核型异常及25例非复杂核型异常的白血病患者的p53基因异常的情况。结果 37例复杂核型异常的白血病患者p53基因的缺失频率为46.01%(17/37),25例非复杂核型异常的缺失频率为4.00%(1/25),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中13例伴复杂核型的急性白血病患者完全缓解率(CR)15.40%,中位生存时间(MST)105d。结论 I-FISH可以快速、准确、灵敏的检测出p53基因的缺失,伴复杂核型的白血病患者p53基因缺失频率较高,CR率低,MST较短。Objective To investigate p53 deletion in the leukemia patients with complex chromosomal abnormalities(CCA) and its clinic significance.Methods Reviewed p53 deletion in 37 cases leukemia with CCA and 24 cases without CCA detected by interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization(I-FISH).Results The frequency of p53 deletion in the 38 cases with CCA(46.00%) was higher than that in 24 cases without CCA(4.00%),there was a significant statistical significance between them(P0.01).The rate of complete remission(CR) in 13 cases acute leukemia with CCA was 15.4%,with a median survival time(MST) of 105 days.Conclusion I-FISH is a rapid,accurate and sensitive technique in detection of p53 deletion,patients with CCA has a higher p53 deletion and a lower CR and MST.
