摘  要:脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)是目前全球污染谷物最严重的真菌毒素之一。在所有的易感动物中,以猪最为敏感。该研究采用DON标准品,通过静脉注射的途径,研究该毒素在猪体内肾脏的分布情况,为毒素的残留提供依据。选用10头健康阉公猪,随机分为2组,一组经乳静脉注射DON,注射剂量为75μg/kg体质量,另一组经乳静脉注射生理盐水。注射完成后开始计时,并观察记录猪的反应情况,待30min后放血宰杀,并迅速取肾脏,采用免疫组化法定位肾脏中DON的分布情况。研究结果显示,染毒剂量75μg/kg体质量组,静注后约5~10min开始出现明显的异常反应。具体表现为:狂躁不安,不停的磨牙,咀嚼,之后大量流涎,随之出现呕吐等症状,这一过程的持续时间对该组猪来说存在个体差异。免疫组化法定位结果显示,在肾小囊的壁层见有DON的分布。Deoxynivalenol(DON) ,one of Mycotoxins pollute seriously grains the in the world recently. Pig is the most one among all the susceptible animal to DON. The research studied the distribution of deoxynivalenol in kidneys of pigs by intravenous(IV) administration of pure DON,offered reasons for the residue of the toxin. In the research,10 healthy castuated male pigs were used and divided for 2 groups randomly,one group was given DON by breast vein,the dose was 75 μg/kg b.w.,the other group was given injection of Sodium Chloride by breast vein. Counted time after the intravenous(IV) administration,observed and noted the responses,30 min later,bled,killed and took kidney tissue sample guickly. Immunohi-stochemical Method was used to detect the DON in kidney of the pig. The result of the study showed,75 μg/kg b.w. dose group,about 5 to 10min after the intravenous(IV) administration,begun to appear apparente anormal responses. Specifically described as:violently,grinding teeth,chewed and salivating consecutively,dribbling greatly following,the duration of this process had individual difference in this group.The positioning study of immunohistochemical method showed,that DON could be seen surrounding the renal capsule in kidney.
