摘　　要：细胞周期调控紊乱是乳腺癌重要发病机制之一，而cyclin E和p27是细胞周期最重要的调节因子。研究表明，cyclin E和p27具有评估乳腺癌预后的能力，且与其他生物学指标相比，与乳腺癌预后相关性更大。Deregulation of cell cycle is one of important mechanisms leading to breast cancer. It has been revealed that cyclin E and p27 are the most important regulatory factor for cell cycle control and a better marker for evaluating prognosis of breast cancer compared to other biological markers.
