摘　　要：随着反义技术的迅猛发展，反义核酸药物在恶性肿瘤治疗的研究中得到了广泛应用，并取得了显著的疗效，有着广阔的发展前景。本文综述了反义核酸在泌尿系统肿瘤中的作用机制和最新的应用进展。With the rapid development of antisense technology, antisense nucleic acid drugs have been widely used in cancer therapy field. They have achieved significant therapeutic effect, and have wide prospects of development. In this paper, we reviewed the latest antitumor mechanisms and the application progress of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide technology in the treatment of urinary tumors.
