摘  要:溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因不明,主要累及直肠、乙状结肠黏膜甚至全结肠和末端回肠黏膜的慢性非特异性炎症.UC患者发生结直肠癌的风险增加,但其癌变机制尚不清楚.近年来,体外研究和动物实验均证实丁酸对结直肠癌具有化学预防作用.本文就UC的癌变机制、丁酸对结直肠癌的预防作用及其与UC相关结直肠癌的关系作一综述.Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammation with unknown etiology, mainly involving the rectum and sigmoid colon mucosa, or even the whole colon and terminal ileum mueosa. There is an increased risk of colorectal cancer in UC patients, however, its mechanism is not yet clear. Recently, evidences have shown that butyric acid has a chemopreventive, effect on colorectal cancer in vitro and in animal studies. This review focused on the mechanism of tumorigenesis of UC, the preventive effect of butyric acid on colorectal cancer and its relation to UC- associated colorectal cancer.
