肺射频治疗的并发症及危险因素是什么?

摘　　要：越来越多的临床研究提示,消除肿瘤局部转移灶对改善患者的生存质量和延长生存时间都有着重要意义。2009年美国Timmerman教授发表在《临床医师肿瘤杂志》(CA Cancer J Clin)的1篇综述文章,总结了转移瘤局部手术、射频及放射治疗的现状,并重点阐述了肝、肺转移瘤局部治疗效果的循证医学证据,文章面面俱到,有理有据,堪称经典,为转移瘤的局部治疗指明了方向。然而精读此文,我们发现该综述在肺转移瘤射频治疗并发症及危险因素的描述中存在一些问题,值得商榷。为此我们提出了自己的见解。在与国外同行切磋的过程中,我们对肺部肿瘤的射频治疗有了更深一步的认识。More and more clinical researches showed that eliminating the local metastases of cancer was a promising way to promote the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients. Professor Timmerman and his colleagues provided an excellent review which elaborated local surgical, ablative, and radiation treatment of metastases in ＂CA Cancer J Clin＂ in 2009. This classic review could be a guideline of the local treatment of metastases. But we found the authors＇ descriptions of the complications and risk factors of lung ablation are questionable after intensive reading of this article. We presented our opinions by means of e-letter on the website of＂CA Cancer J Clin＂. Deeper understanding of ablation of pulmonary metastasis was achieved by discussing with experts worldwide.
