阿立哌唑治疗青少年精神分裂症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗青少年精神分裂症的有效性和安全性。方法收集首次诊断精神分裂症的急性期青少年患者78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性症状量表和阴性症状量表(PANSS)量表评价疗效,采用药物副反应量表(TESS)来评估安全性。结果两组PANSS评分治疗前后比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),而各时点组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在不良反应方面,治疗组较对照组较少出现锥体外系反应、体质量增加和闭经,差异有显著性。结论阿立哌唑治疗青少年精神分裂症疗效确切,较少出现锥体外系反应、体质量增加、闭经溢乳等副作用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of adolescent schizophrenia.Methods All 77 patients were randomly assigned to aripiprazole（n=38,the averaged dosage was 22.9 mg/d） or risperidone（n=39,the averaged dosage was 4.3mg/d） treatment for 8 weeks,The efficacy was evaluated with the positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）,The safety were assessed with the treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）,biochemical index,electrocardiogram.Results There was a significant difference between pre and post treatment on PANSS score in the two groups,but every time point between two groups was no significant dissimilarity.Incidence of adverse events in aripiprazole group were lower than the risperidone group,the difference was significant.Conclusion The result show that aripiprazole has similar therapeutic effect to risperidone in treatment of adolescent schizophrenia,and is safe and generally well-tolerated.
