摘  要:基于刚塑性有限元法基本理论,借助通用三维有限元软件Deform-3DV6.0对花键冷滚压成形全过程进行了三维动态分析,获得了成形力-行程曲线、等效应力和等效应变的分布情况。结果表明,变形主要发生在工件表层的一定范围内,工件中心处基本不产生变形,等效应力最大出现在滚压轮与工件接触的两个位置,最大等效应变出现在花键齿槽处。该研究为花键冷滚压成形工艺研究提供了理论依据。Based on the basic theory of rigid-plastic finite element method(FEM),a three-dimensional dynamic FE simulation model of the whole process of spline cold roll forming was analyzed by means of a common three-dimensional finite element software Deform-3D V6.0.The force-stroke curve,distribution of equivalent stress and equivalent strain of spline cold roll forming were obtained.The results show that the deformation mainly occurs in a certain range of the workpiece surface,and nearly no deformation occurs in the center zone.The maximum equivalent stress occurs in two-locations where the roll wheel and part contact,and the maximum equivalent strain occurs in alveolar of spline.The research provides the theoretical basis for study on spline cold forming process.
