摘  要:目的建立甘草黄酮阿魏酸乳膏中阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法采用KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.3%冰醋酸(25:75);流速为1.0ml/min;柱温25℃;检测波长320nm;进样量20μl。结果阿魏酸浓度为2.26-36.16μg/ml时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.50%,RSD为1.73%(n=6)。结论本方法准确、简便、重现性好,可作为该品种中阿魏酸的定量检测方法。Objective To eastablish a method to determine ferulie acid in Glycyrrhiza Flavonoid and Ferulic Acid Cream. Methods Kromasil C18 column(4. 6 mm×250mm,5μm)was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: the mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.3% glacial acetic acid (25: 75); the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm; the column temperature was at 25℃ ; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; the sampling size was 20 μl. Results There was a linear relationship between the concentration of ferulic acid and the peak area with the range of 2.26 to 36.16/,g/ml (r=0. 999 8). The average recovery rate was 97.50%, and RSD was 1.73% (n=6). Conclusion This method can be used for content determination of ferulic acid in this preparation because of its accuracy, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
