摘　　要：在当今竞争激烈的市场环境中,越来越多的企业开始专注于增强企业的核心竞争力,将非核心业务物流外包给第三方物流公司。本文就企业选择物流外包决策、识别和挑选第三方物流供应商,进行了相关分析。In the nowadays competitive market environment,more and more enterprises are starting to focus on enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,while outsourcing non-core business of logistics to third party logistics companies.In this paper,the author analyzed the choice of logistics outsourcing on corporate decision-making,identification and selection of third-party logistics providers.
