摘　　要：本文分析了工程量清单计价模式对施工阶段工程造价控制的影响,指出了工程造价控制的重点,介绍了赢得值原理及其在施工阶段造价控制中的具体应用。This paper analyzes the affect of engineering bill of quantities to the project cost control in construction phase, the focus of cost control, introduces the earned value principles and the specific application of cost control during the construction phase.
