摘　　要：介绍了一种用丝网直接在釉坯表面印制商标的方法,采用这种方法印制的商标烧成后颜料沉入釉中,和釉层融合为一体,商标墨层厚实饱满、清晰规整、不变形。此方法操作简便、成本低,可彻底解决橡皮戳印和花纸商标的缺陷。简要论述了丝网印制商标等标识的操作方法,网版制作、油墨制备和使用丝网印刷商标过程中的注意事项。实践证明丝网印刷商标在电瓷生产中是完全可行的,彻底解决了贴花纸商标的缺陷,提升了电瓷产品的外观质量。A method that the trademarks are printed on the glaze brick surface directly by using a kind of silk screen is introduced. Paint of the trademarks printed by this method will sink into glaze and merge into glaze layer. The trademark ink is thick and satiety, clear and order without deformation. This method is simple and low cost to settle the defects of the rubber impringting and paper trade- marks. It is described that operating method, screen making, printing ink preparation of screen printing of trademarks and notices during the process. It is proved that screen printing of trademarks is perfectly viable in the porcelain production and the defects of the stickers trademark are thoroughly solved. The appearance quality of electrical porcelain product is promoted.
