摘　　要：教师的专业素质直接影响到教学。通过问卷和访谈的方法调查研究了解农村小学教师的专业素质现状。研究发现,农村小学教师的专业素质并不容乐观。在众多的专业素质中,农村教师急需提高的是自身的专业教育能力和科研能力。Teachers＇professional qualities directly influence their teaching. With the use of a questionnaire and interviews, this paper studies the professional qualities of current rural primary teachers. It has been found that the professional qualities of rural primary teachers are far from satisfactory. Among so many qualities, what the teachers should improve urgently are their teaching abilities and research abilities.
