硅油对兔眼内炎的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨硅油对兔眼内炎的影响。方法健康新西兰大白兔30只,均于左眼玻璃体腔内注入金黄色葡萄球菌悬液0.1 mL建立眼内炎模型。成模后,选取1只兔眼内炎摘除右眼(正常眼球)行组织病理学检查,观察角膜、前房及视网膜组织情况。另29只按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组14只,行玻璃体切割术。实验组15只,行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术。2组兔眼内炎术后第1、5、7、14、21天行裂隙灯、直接眼底镜检查,观察球结膜充血水肿、角膜混浊程度、前房炎症反应、虹膜充血及视网膜的改变等情况。术后第21天抽取各动物术眼房水0.1 mL进行细菌培养,后再摘除眼球行组织病理学检查,观察角膜、前房及视网膜组织的病理改变等情况。结果①第21天,实验组大白兔0级、1级角膜混浊发生率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),实验组大白兔0级、2级前房炎症反应发生率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。②实验组新西兰大白兔角膜组织、前房组织、视网膜组织的组织病理学评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③2组的房水细菌培养阳性率均为零。结论玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术对眼内炎的控制情况优于玻璃体切割术。而硅油在眼内环境中可能具有抑制微生物的作用。Objective To research the affect of silicone oil of the endophthalmitis rabbit.Methods Thirty healthy new zealand white rabbits,0.1 mL of the staphylococcus aureus was injected into the left eyes of all to establish the model of endophthalmitis,after that,one of which the right eyeball（normal eyeball） was enucleated to carry out histopathological examination,to observe the histopathology of the cornea,anterior chamber and retinal.According to the char code num,29 of which are divided into 2 groups according to the randomly number table.14 rabitts in control group,are the closed vitrectomy,and 15 rabitts in case group are vitrectomy combined with silicone oil injection technique.In the 1、5、7、14、21 day after the operation,we studied the rabbits of group 2 via slit lamp and direct funduscope to observe the condition including hyperaemia and edema of bulbar conjunctiva、opacity of cornea、inflammation in anterior chamber、hyperaemia of iris and pathological changes of retina.0.1 mL aqueous of cases and control subjects was extracted and cultured in 21st day.After that the eyeballs were enucleated to carry out histopathological examin-ation,to observe the histopathology of the cornea,anterior chamber and retinal.Results ①In 21st day,the differences of the incidence rate of opacity of cornea（level 0 and 1） in experimental group and control group had statistics significance（P〈0.01）.The differences of the incidence rate of inflammation in anterior chamber（level 0 and 2） in experimental group and control group had statistics significance（P〈0.05）②The differences of pathologic score of cornea,anterior chamber and retina of new zealand rabbits in experimental group and control group had statistics significance（P〈0.05）.③The positive rate of bacterial culture of aqueous of the two groups were of zero.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil injection more effective than surgery alone vitrectomy.And as a vitreous cavity filler of silicone oil has the effect of anti-microbia
