摘　　要：随着高等职业教育的快速发展,高职院校数量和规模的不断扩大,就业市场的竞争日趋激烈,毕业生就业难已经成为制约高职院校发展的重要瓶颈,单纯依靠传统的就业指导模式已经不能满足毕业生的需要,构建适合高职院校实际的全程化、系统化、精细化和专业化的就业指导体系,提升高职生毕业生就业力,是摆在高职院校面前的新课题。With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the number and scale of colleges is increasing the competition of employment market is becoming more and more fierce.Graduates have difficulty in finding jobs,which limited the college development.Depending on traditional employment guidance mode can not meet the needs of graduates.Building one-stop,systematic,refined and professional employment guidance system to improre employment rate is a new snbject in front of higher vocational colleges.
