57例老年急性脑卒中患者住院期间便秘症状及表现调查

摘　　要：目的调查老年急性脑卒中患者住院期间便秘症状及表现。方法 57例近期住院的老年脑卒中患者(老年组)和45例同期住院的非老年急性脑卒中患者(对照组)接受了"便秘症状评估问卷"测试。结果老年组便秘症状总分和各分项评分均明显差于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论老年急性脑卒中患者住院期间存在严重的便秘症状及评分。Objective To investigate the symptoms and manifestations of constipation in elderly patients with acute stroke while in hospital.Methods Fifty-seven elderly patients with acute stroke （elderly group） recently and 45 non-elderly patients with acute stroke （control group） who were in hospital at the same period were evaluated with the Symptom of Constipation Evaluation Questionnaire.Results There were significant differences in the total score and the score of each item for the symptoms of constipation between the elderly group and the control group （P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Elderly patients with acute stroke have severe symptoms of constipation while in hospital.
