摘　　要：该文从高校实验教师参与科研工作的益处为出发点,提高业务素质的同时,促进实验教学改革,还可以提高大型精密仪器的利用率。Based on the benefits of laboratory teachers participating in research work in colleges and universities,the autors discuss that their professional qualities could be enhanced and the reform of laboratory teaching could be stimulated in order that the availability of the large-scale precision instruments would be increased.
