摘　　要：在实施的事业单位绩效工资改革的背景下,针对当前高校辅导员考核存在的问题及原因进行深刻分析。在此基础上,根据辅导员的岗位特点,构建完整的高校辅导员绩效管理系统。This article analyzes the problems in the evaluation of the college counselors and the reasons for these problems,on the basis of which a complete college counselors＇ performance management system is constructed according to the characteristics of the post of counselors.
